This policy covers the website at 43sj.us, operated by 43SJ LLC ("we", "us"). Each of our apps has its own privacy policy that describes what that app does with your data. The policy for an app is linked on its store page and on its website.

This website

We do not ask you to create an account on this website, and we do not use advertising trackers, analytics cookies or social media widgets here. Like any website, the server that hosts it may keep standard technical logs (such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested) for security and to keep the site running.

If you email us

If you write to support@43sj.us, we receive your email address and whatever you put in the message. We use it only to answer you and to improve our apps, and we do not sell it or share it for advertising. We keep support emails for as long as needed to deal with your request and keep a record of it, then delete them.

Our apps

What an app collects depends on the app. For our app ClearReceipt, see clearreceipt.app/privacy. For any app, you can ask us to delete your account and data, as described below.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, by writing to support@43sj.us. Depending on where you live (for example in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or California) you may have additional rights under local law, and we will honor them. To delete your account in ClearReceipt yourself, open Settings and tap Delete account.

Children

Our website and our apps are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you think a child has sent us personal information, write to us and we will delete it.

Changes

If we change this policy we will post the new version here and update the date above.
